Lights Out

We have had several storms since we've lived here where we have lost power. Luckily the lights come back on fairly fast. The first storm where that happened we were at the Grand P's in Sandpoint, up north. That one actually was big and the power was out for 2 days (I think). We happened to be down at the lake when the storm hit. It was wild. Strong, strong winds, flying salad bowls, tipped wine glasses, kayak in the lake, people yelling at me to grab the baby. The house had debris all over and the power went out. It was very exciting. It was also scary for the little ones. Now when there is wind of any kind and we are outside, Stanley gets a little spooked and either calls for me or runs to the door to come inside.

This is when the power went out at our house. It was a quick storm and the power came back on that evening.

We even went outside and Mike did tricks for us:
