Jam Session

We live in a fruit tree utopia. We picked so many plums and apples in this abandoned orchard. We made apple pie, apple sauce, plum bread, plum jam and most recently apple crumble. I had never made jam before and thought I'd give it a go. I did freezer jam which doesn't take as long as regular ol' jam.

Stan B was basically fingerpainting with it.

Unfortunately my jam didn't set. Fortunately it tastes delicious on waffles and pancakes. So, we call it plum syrup.
